School Principal Caught in Drag; Cited for Prostitution

Police cited 50-year-old Dr. Paul Schum on October 30th.  Schum was pulled over after Louisville Metro Police spotted him in a Portland alley.  On the tape, you can hear police ask Schum if he has any weapons or drugs in the car.  They also ask why he is in a part of town known for high crime.  "He could provide no legitimate reason to them for being in the alley. So they presumed that the legitimate reason was for prostitution purposes. Based on his clothing and some other statements he made to them," said LMPD Det. Phil Russell.  According to a police report, Schum was dressed like a woman in leather. He was wearing fishnet stockings and fake breasts.  Schum has taken a personal leave of absence from Bethlehem High School in Bardstown. He denies the allegations. A Kentucky Catholic high school principal is on paid leave after being cited for prostitution.
